New York State Appellate Courthouse

Nab Interiors was awarded the general contract for the restoration and renovation of the interior landmarked New York State Appellate Courthouse on Madison Avenue.
The scope of work included restoration and replication of all architectural and decorative woodwork, bronze decorative grilles, plasterwork, stained glass dome, marble walls and columns, bronze oculus as well as decorative painting and regilding of the Courtroom, lobby, lawyers’ chambers and ancillary rooms.

Entrust Capital

Entrust Capital, a premier Manhattan money management firm, had outgrown their previous space and decided to relocate to expanded quarters at a prestigious Fifth Avenue location. The design incorporated a great deal of high-end architectural woodwork with several exotic veneers, elaborate stonework and wood and marble floors. Additional work performed included a new data and communications room, HVAC system, fire alarm and sprinkler systems and renovation of lavatory facilities.

Polytechnic University

Complex mechanical and electrical systems are typically the trademark of technology or mission critical facilities.
Polytech, a major university in Brooklyn, NY, with an ever increasing enrollment, needed to upgrade their technology systems. Nab Interiors was brought in to build-out the new computer room, which houses the campus’ main frame computer and records storage, and the associated technical support areas.

Realty IQ

When Realty IQ needed to expand their operations, Nab Interiors was brought in to construct approximately 18,000 square feet of new office space. Design elements included a combination of full height and hung ceilings, "floating" ceiling elements, a variety of lighting types, state of the art data and telephone systems and millwork throughout.
